Christina Bell, Dip.Ed., M.A., M.Psych (Clin.), MAPS
As a registered psychologist, Christina is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS). Christina brings to her work broad ranging life experience drawn from previous roles in education, human resources and industrial relations.
More recently, in clinical contexts, Christina has worked with individuals and groups in a variety of settings including community health , chronic disease and pain, carer support, mental health and post-natal support.
Christina is registered as an approved WorkCover service provider.
To her work Christina brings compassion and excellent people skills. She is committed to helping people develop a sense of hope and purpose in their lives.
People Matters has helped establish workplace mentoring schemes in many private and public sector workplaces and provided consultancy advice and training to support those programs. Christina has given a presentation on mentoring for the Australian Institute of Management and given papers at two international conferences – for the Australian Association of Psychological Type and for the Planning Institute of Australia
Christina is a qualified and experienced mediator having trained with the Institute of Arbitrators and Mediators of Australia (IAMA). She has acted as a mediator in a number of workplace disputes and has also trained managers in mediation skills
